At KundliPoint.com, we believe that your personal and astrological information deserves careful protection and complete transparency. Our core Kundli and Kundli Milan calculations are performed locally in your browser, while server-assisted features such as Tarot AI Readings and Place Name Autocomplete process requests securely and statelessly over encrypted connections.
1. Browser-Based Kundli & Kundli Milan Processing
KundliPoint is designed to protect your privacy by performing Kundli and Kundli Milan calculations locally in your web browser.
Your date of birth, time of birth, birth coordinates, and the information required to perform the actual Kundli calculations are processed by JavaScript running on your device. The calculation itself does not require your birth information to be sent to our servers.

Place Name Search
To make it easier to select a birth place, KundliPoint provides a place-name search/autocomplete feature.
The place-search service may return matching place names together with their geographical coordinates, such as latitude and longitude. These results allow you to select the appropriate birth place for your Kundli.
The place-search request is separate from the Kundli calculation. The date of birth, time of birth, and Kundli calculation data are not required for this place-name lookup. Once the relevant place and coordinates are available in your browser, the Kundli calculations are performed locally on your device.
Privacy by Architecture
Our Kundli and Kundli Milan features are designed so that the actual birth-chart calculations take place in your browser rather than on our servers. Accordingly, your date of birth, time of birth, and Kundli calculation data are not submitted to KundliPoint servers for the purpose of performing the calculations.
The limited place-name lookup described above is an exception to the general local-processing model and is used only to provide the place-selection functionality.
2. Locally Saved Kundli Profiles
KundliPoint automatically saves profiles locally in your browser to make it easier to access previously entered information.
These profiles are stored using browser storage technologies such as IndexedDB and/or localStorage. The locally saved profile information is not uploaded to KundliPoint servers as part of the local profile-saving feature. It remains stored in your browser on your device.
You can remove locally saved profiles using the profile-management controls provided by the website or by clearing the relevant browser storage. Because these profiles are stored locally, clearing browser data, using private/incognito browsing, changing browsers, or using another device may affect access to previously saved profiles.
3. Tarot & AI Reading Services (Server-Side Inference)
When you consult the 3-Card Tarot Reading & Yes/No Oracle, server-side processing is used to interpret the complex archetypal interactions of the spread, evaluate Yes/No questions, and generate synthesized guidance.
- Your Focus Query / Question: The specific text or chosen category you enter.
- Selected Cards: The 3 cards drawn, their spread positions (Past, Present, Future), and their orientation (Upright or Reversed).
This payload is transmitted securely over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our backend server and processed via Google AI models.
Stateless Processing & No Profile Tracking: Tarot reading requests are processed statelessly. We do not sell your personal questions, store tracking profiles, or use your queries for targeted advertisement networks.
4. Information You Voluntarily Submit
The local-processing protections described above apply specifically to Kundli generation, Kundli Milan, and locally saved profiles. Other services may require information to be transmitted to KundliPoint.
When you submit feedback, we may receive your feedback message, rating or category, email address (if provided), name (if provided), and other information you choose to include. We use this information to review feedback, respond, improve services, and maintain quality.
When you use Ask an Astrologer, submitted information may include your question, name, email address, category, birth details, and birth chart information you choose to provide. This is transmitted to KundliPoint and shared with assigned astrologers to prepare your consultation.
5. Usage Telemetry
KundliPoint uses Cloudflare services to understand how visitors interact with the website and to improve its features, usability, and performance.
We use telemetry to measure general website and feature usage, such as which sections and features are used, how visitors interact with the interface, and which functionality is used most frequently.
Our application-level telemetry is designed to record usage actions rather than the information entered into our Kundli tools.
We do not intentionally include your birth details or Kundli information in our application-level telemetry. This includes your date of birth, time of birth, birth place, birth coordinates, Kundli calculations, Kundli Milan results, chart contents, or saved profile contents.
For example, measuring that a visitor used the Kundli feature does not require sending the birth information used to generate that Kundli.
Telemetry is used for product improvement and service measurement and is separate from the browser-based Kundli and Kundli Milan calculation process.
Cloudflare may process technical information associated with providing, maintaining, and securing its services. Such processing is subject to the applicable Cloudflare service terms and privacy practices.
6. How We Use Submitted Information
Information voluntarily submitted to KundliPoint may be used to:
- Provide the service you requested
- Respond to questions and feedback and communicate regarding your request
- Improve our website and services
- Detect and prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Maintain the security and reliability of our services
- Comply with applicable legal requirements
We aim to use submitted information for purposes reasonably connected with providing, maintaining, securing, and improving our services.
7. Technical Information and Security
When you interact with services that communicate with our servers, limited technical information may be processed as part of operating and protecting the website (e.g. IP address, network details, browser/device information, operating system, requested resources, date/time, error or performance information).
For security and abuse prevention, we may use a hashed or otherwise transformed representation of an IP address or similar technical information to detect automated abuse, protect our infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, and maintain service security.
8. Place Search and Kundli Privacy
The place-name lookup described in Section 1 is intentionally limited to the exact first three characters entered into the place-search field to obtain matching place names and geographical coordinates.
This architectural separation is an important part of KundliPoint's privacy-focused approach.
9. Data Sharing
KundliPoint does not sell your submitted personal information or birth information to advertisers. Information voluntarily submitted through server-based services may be shared where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain infrastructure, process astrologer consultations, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through KundliPoint against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Information transmitted to our servers for Tarot, Feedback, Ask an Astrologer, or place-name lookup is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
For Kundli and Kundli Milan calculations, our privacy-focused architecture reduces server-side exposure by performing the calculations locally in your browser.
11. Data Retention
Information submitted through services such as Feedback and Ask an Astrologer may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain records, improve services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Locally saved Kundli profiles remain subject to your browser's local storage controls.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can manage locally saved Kundli profiles through the available profile-management controls or by clearing browser storage. If you have submitted information to KundliPoint and have questions or wish to request access, correction, deletion, or other action, please contact us.
13. Third-Party Services
KundliPoint may use third-party providers for services such as hosting, infrastructure, AI inference (Google AI models), email delivery, security, monitoring, analytics, or other operations. External websites linked from KundliPoint may have their own privacy policies.
14. Children's Privacy
KundliPoint is not specifically directed toward children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a server-based service, you may contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when this policy was most recently updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
