You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

Kundli Point provides online Vedic astrological calculation tools, horoscopic charts, compatibility scoring algorithms, ephemeris data processing, Panchang calculations, educational content, and optional communication channels through which users may contact independent astrologers or other third parties.

Vedic astrological literature contains diverse regional traditions, calculation conventions, house systems, ayanamshas, and interpretive schools. Accordingly, different practitioners, systems, or software may produce different calculations or interpretations. The Services provide computational representations based on the methods and configurations implemented by Kundli Point.

Astrologer Communications: Where the Services provide access to or communication with astrologers or other third parties, such persons may act independently of Kundli Point. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kundli Point does not employ, supervise, endorse, certify, or guarantee the qualifications, statements, interpretations, advice, availability, conduct, or results of any individual astrologer or other third-party service provider.

The Kundli Point website, proprietary software, proprietary source code, original algorithms, calculation logic, databases, user interfaces, original content, reports, charts, automated outputs, and related proprietary technology are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Third-party software, open-source components, libraries, APIs, datasets, infrastructure, and other third-party services incorporated into or used with the Services are subject to their respective licenses, terms, disclaimers, and limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Services or any part of them will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, current, error-free, free of defects, compatible with every device or browser, or available at any particular time.

Software and computational systems may contain errors, omissions, rounding differences, coordinate approximations, timezone or daylight-saving differences, data-source discrepancies, calculation differences, bugs, latency, device incompatibilities, or other technical limitations. Updates or changes to software, data sources, infrastructure, algorithms, or third-party services may also affect results.

Where the Services incorporate third-party or open-source components, those components remain subject to their respective licenses, notices, disclaimers, and terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to modify or override rights granted to you under an applicable third-party or open-source license.

Emergency & High-Risk Decisions: The Services must not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving medical treatment, mental health crises, personal safety, criminal or legal matters, substantial financial commitments or investments, marriage dissolution, career termination, or any other situation involving substantial risk or potential harm. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional whenever such advice is required.

No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship: Use of the Services does not establish a doctor-patient, attorney-client, financial adviser-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or other professional advisory relationship.

The Services are not intended to predict, determine, guarantee, cause, prevent, or assure any future event, milestone, relationship result, marriage outcome, financial result, career development, health status, or other life circumstance.

No chart indicator, dasha calculation, compatibility score, Panchang timing, astrologer response, interpretation, or other content provided through the Services constitutes a promise, prediction, representation, or guarantee of any particular result.

You acknowledge and agree that any decision, action, omission, commitment, purchase, transaction, relationship decision, or other course of conduct taken in reliance upon or influenced by the Services is undertaken solely at your own discretion, judgment, and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kundli Point shall not be responsible for any loss, dispute, disappointment, adverse consequence, or other result arising from your interpretation of or reliance upon any calculation, report, prediction, recommendation, or consultation response.

Vedic astrological calculations depend substantially on the information supplied by the user. You are solely responsible for ensuring that information entered or submitted by you, including birth date, birth time, birthplace, geographical coordinates, timezone information, names, and questions, is accurate, complete, and current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kundli Point shall not be responsible or liable for errors, discrepancies, inaccurate calculations, distorted charts, incorrect compatibility scores, or consultation responses resulting from inaccurate, approximate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered information.

Non-Excludable Rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, statutory right, remedy, warranty, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law. If applicable law prevents the exclusion or limitation of any particular liability or remedy, that provision shall apply only to the maximum extent legally permissible, and all remaining limitations and exclusions shall continue to apply.

No Waiver of Mandatory Rights: The INR ₹0 liability cap does not purport to waive any right or remedy that applicable law expressly prohibits a user from waiving.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kundli Point, its operators, founders, affiliates, contributors, developers, employees, astrologers, contractors, and service providers from and against third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, demands, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach or violation of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the Services;
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• Information, content, questions, or materials submitted by you;
• Your use of the Services in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

You remain solely responsible for the information, questions, personal details, statements, materials, or other content that you submit, transmit, or make available through the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kundli Point is not responsible for claims, disputes, losses, or consequences arising from your submitted content, your interactions with other users or third parties, or your use of information obtained through such interactions.

Kundli Point may use certain third-party services, software libraries, frameworks, packages, APIs, astronomical datasets, infrastructure, mapping or geocoding services, cloud services, and other third-party technologies in connection with the operation and delivery of the Services.

We do not control independent third-party services and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, performance, security, compatibility, continuity, or suitability. We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, modifications, suspension, termination, errors, or defects attributable to third-party services.

Except for third-party materials and open-source components that are subject to their respective licenses, the Kundli Point website, proprietary software, source code, original algorithms, calculation logic, chart-generation and visualization systems, proprietary database structures, user interfaces, graphics, written content, logos, trademarks, brand identity, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Kundli Point.

The Kundli Point website and its proprietary software are not open source. No license or permission is granted to access, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from the proprietary portions of the Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Services does not transfer to you any ownership, intellectual property rights, source-code rights, or other proprietary rights in or to Kundli Point or its proprietary technology.

You are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that you may have under an applicable third-party or open-source license with respect to a separately licensed component. Such components remain governed by their respective licenses.
